You will be responsible for teaching, preparing content and managing students in school environments following RED HOUSE's pedagogical plan:

• Deliver engaging lessons aligned with Red House’s pedagogical approach and students’ individual needs
• Monitor student learning progress and implement strategies to improve engagement and performance
• Apply differentiated teaching strategies, including support for students with learning challenges
• Supervise and guide the Teaching Assistant (TA) in classroom routines, adaptations, and student support
• Ensure student safety and well-being throughout all school activities
• Maintain clear communication with coordination and families regarding student development
• Prepare lesson plans, student reports, and required academic documentation within deadlines
• Support classroom organization, student portfolios, and learning environment setup
• Collaborate with the wider teaching team, sharing relevant student information and best practices
• Participate in academic meetings, family conferences, and professional development opportunities
• Follow Red House policies and educational guidelines, ensuring alignment with school standards

Education: Degree in Pedagogy

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of classroom experience;
• 2 years experience as a head teacher of early childhood education (students from 1 to 3 years old);
• Nursery experience;
• Classroom management.

Languages: Proficiency in English
